*There is one skill for each of the three levels of development.  Teachers should focus on the skill that their students need to practice most.

Basic Skills (Pre - 3rd grades)

Constructive Skills (3rd - 6th grades)

Generative Skills (6th - 8th grades)

August & September:

Listening – Cooperation – Resolving Problems

October & November: 

Following Instructions – Completing a Task – Organization

December & January:

        Asking Questions – Reasons for Rules – Initiating Solutions

February & March:

        Sharing – Communication – Fact vs. Feeling

April & May:

        Social Skills – Leadership – Service to Others
